Substrate Primers

Description

Ecological, white, mat, waterborne primer, based on pure acrylic resins of new technology for interior and exterior use on walls, wood, etc. It has very good hiding power, is applied easily, dries fast, has high spreading capacity and is used as an undercoat for all Vitex’s waterbased paints (emulsions, acrylics, enamels, masonry paints, relief, etc.). It improves appearance, hiding power, adhesion and weather resistance of final coat. It blocks many kinds of stains like nicotine, yellowing, juice, pen marking, etc as well as wood’s tannin. Also it can be used as an intermediate coat from dark to lighter shades, reducing in this way the numbers of coats required of final paint. It is low odor, because it does not contain ammonia or other dangerous substances, such as aromatic hydrocarbons, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenolethoxylates.

It is certified according to the criteria of the European Union Ecolabelling Board (EUEB).
