Shipping Policy
ASLANIDIS BUILD S.A. delivers orders throughout Greece via courier, BOX NOW, or a partner freight carrier, depending on the type, weight, dimensions of the products, and the delivery destination.
Shipping Methods
Courier Delivery
Courier delivery is available for products of suitable weight and size. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the confirmation and dispatch of the order.
BOX NOW Delivery
BOX NOW delivery is available only for products that fit within the permitted locker dimensions and for areas covered by the BOX NOW network. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the shipment of the order.
Customers will receive a notification from BOX NOW when their parcel is available for collection from the selected locker and are responsible for collecting it within the time period specified by BOX NOW.
Freight Carrier Delivery
Bulky, heavy, or special-handling products are shipped via a partner freight carrier. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is generally made to the carrier's local depot or the nearest service point to the recipient's location.
Delivery to the customer's address, unloading services, or delivery to upper floors must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
The delivery times stated above are estimates, calculated in business days, and begin after order confirmation and, where applicable, payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
For made-to-order products, items with limited availability, or orders requiring special transportation, the estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer before the order is processed.
Delays may occur due to remote delivery areas, severe weather conditions, strikes, periods of high demand, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be informed using the contact details provided.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, weight, and dimensions of the order. Whenever technically possible, shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
For bulky or heavy items, prior communication may be required to confirm the shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or from failure to receive the shipment, may be charged to the customer following prior notification.
