No, you can quickly and easily place your order without having an account or sign in. However, if you sing up/in, you will enjoy additional services offered by ASLANIDIS (e.g. favourites list, order history, etc.).

Yes, if you have provided a valid contact email in your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Then, when the order is shipped by us to the agreed shipping address, you will receive an e-mail confirming that shipment by us has taken place (“Shipping Confirmation”). In the case that you have chosen that you wish to receive from our physical store, after the receipt has been made by you, you will receive the corresponding confirmation e-mail ("Receipt Confirmation").

For shipments using a transport company, a courier company or an automated delivery service (Box Now), the transportation cost is calculated according to the volume of the order and the delivery area, and is written in the final step / completion of the order.

You can cancel your order in the following cases:

• Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can click "back" and remove the product quantities from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button.
• If the online order has been placed but you have not yet received an Order Confirmation e-mail, you can contact us online, either by sending an e-mail to info@aslanidisbuild.gr, or by using our contact form, expressing your decision to withdraw from this Agreement expressly. Otherwise, you can call 2343023435 and one of our associates will take care of cancelling your order.
• In case your order has been confirmed and invoiced, you have to contact our Customer Service Department at 2343023435 / 2343023992 and provide us the order details. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.
