Please read these Terms, the Cookie Policy, and the Privacy Policy carefully before you start using this website.

By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Cookie Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.

The company reserves the right to solely modify or change the content of the website www.aslanidisbuild.gr and these terms at any time without prior notice to users. Visitors/users are responsible for frequently checking for any modifications to these terms of use. The company informs users through this website of any changes to the terms of transactions. It is your responsibility to read them regularly, as the Terms in effect at the time of the Contract (as defined below) are the applicable ones. Any modification or change does not apply and does not affect placed orders or orders pending execution. The terms and conditions of use of the website and transactions conducted through it do not affect mandatory law provisions.

2. Our Details

The sale of products through this website under the name ASLANIDIS is conducted by "ASLANIDIS THEODOROS & CO. 3. Your Details and Your Visits to this Website

The information or personal data you provide to us is processed according to the Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing of such information and data and declare that all information and data you provide to us is true and accurate.

4. Use of our Website

Firstly, we inform you that the available languages in which any contract between us can be concluded are Greek and English.

The company has the right to select, display, modify, withdraw, and resell the products of its suppliers without prior notice. The same applies to its discounts/offers and its pricing policy.

Every user who uses the services of the online store explicitly accepts and approves the terms of this Agreement without any exception. If any user does not agree with these terms, they must avoid using the online store and any transactions with it.

By using this website and/or placing an order through it, you oblige to:

• Use the website only to submit legitimate inquiries or orders.
• Not make any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been submitted, we have the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities, provided we notify you in writing.
• Provide us with your correct and accurate email address, postal address, and/or other contact details.

The user agrees not to use the website’s services for:

a. Posting, publishing, sending, or transmitting any material that is illegal, threatening, offensive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, or other factors, or that violates the personal data of third parties.

d. Posting, publishing, sending, or transmitting any material containing digital viruses or any other electronic codes, files, or programs designed to destroy, harm, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware.

e. Offending in any way the privacy and individual rights of other users or causing harm to minors.

The above content is not allowed to be retransmitted according to the law and current regulations.

You also agree that we can use this information to contact you if necessary (see the Privacy Policy). If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we cannot process your order within the company to execute it. By placing an order through the website, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. ASLANIDIS cannot assume any responsibility regarding the verification of the legal capacity of its visitors or buyers. Consequently, if a person does not have the legal capacity to order products from the ASLANIDIS Website, their legal guardians (parents, guardians) assume responsibility for this order and especially for its payment.

Furthermore, visiting the website www.aslanidisbuild.gr and conducting transactions through it must be for personal and private use and exclusively for lawful purposes, in a manner that does not restrict or impede its use by third parties. The visitor is obliged to use the website in accordance with the law, good morals, and these terms, and not to engage in actions or omissions that could cause damage or malfunction to it or affect or endanger the provision of services of www.aslanidisbuild.gr

Users are not entitled to transmit internal information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of transactional relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements, nor to infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of third parties.

Any use contrary to the above terms gives our company the right to immediately terminate the user’s account.

5. Availability of Services

The products offered through this website are available only in Greece. If you wish to order products from this website from another EU member state outside Greece or third countries, you are welcome to do so. However, products ordered from abroad can be ordered and delivered following prior special arrangement with our store regarding your purchase commitment, the final price after calculating currency exchange rate differences and other applicable taxes/fees, the payment of the order, the transportation of the products, and the costs of such transportation.

6. How the Contract is Formed - Order

The information contained in these Terms and the details contained on this website do not constitute a sales proposal but an invitation for information. No contract will be deemed to have been formed between us and you regarding any products until your order is expressly and explicitly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been deducted from your account, it will be refunded in full.

In our online store, you can find representative products of household and technical equipment from the company ASLANIDIS. To facilitate and assist your search, we have categorized our products into main categories. All categories are developed into a tree of subcategories. Our goal is for you to reach the final product with the least possible clicks. If you are looking for something specific, use the “search” function, which will lead you directly to your specific choice.

To place an order, you will be asked to complete the special Order Form available in our online store. On our website, you have all the appropriate, effective, and accessible means that allow you to identify and correct any errors during the electronic procedure of each order before submitting your order to us, so please carefully complete all the required fields. Correcting possible errors in the order is the buyer’s responsibility. Submitting your order means acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement.

Before completing the order, you are given the option to choose delivery of the order to your address of preference  (then the corresponding transport cost will be determined) or pick it up from our physical store. The price policy is not the same in all distribution channels and therefore there may be differences.

The order is completed by accepting these terms and selecting "Confirm Order". Each order means acceptance of the Terms of Use Website Terms and the Policy of Protection of Personal Data and Use of Cookies without any reservation regarding these terms and any special agreements between the parties. From the moment the buyer confirms his order, he is considered to be aware of and fully unreservedly understands the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the prices, the proposed time and cost of delivery for the volume and quantities as well as the proposed products for sale and purchase of those by the buyer.

You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order ("Order Registration"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as this is an offer from you to us to purchase one or more products. All orders are subject to our acceptance and such acceptance will be confirmed by sending you an e-mail confirming that we have accepted and are preparing your order ("Order Confirmation").

Then, when the order is shipped by us to the agreed shipping address, you will receive an e-mail confirming that shipment by us has taken place ("Shipping Confirmation"). In the case that you have chosen that you wish to receive from our physical store, after the receipt has been made by you, you will receive the corresponding confirmation e-mail ("Receipt Confirmation"). The order, its receipt and confirmation of dispatch are deemed to have been received when the parties to whom they are addressed have access to them.

The contract for the purchase of a product between us ("the Contract") will only be considered concluded when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. The Contract will only apply to the products whose shipment we have confirmed in the Shipment Confirmation. We are not obliged to supply you with any further products which may be part of your order, unless the dispatch of those products has been confirmed by a separate Dispatch Confirmation. Our website will archive the e-commerce contract after its conclusion and it is possible to access it, if you have a user account, in the field "My Account/My Orders/Order History".

In the event that your order is pending, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail and/or sms/immediate message via an online application. Alternatively, we will contact you on the telephone numbers you have given us when registering or entering the order on our website.

There is no way to disable these updates, sending updates is a prerequisite for the correct progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these e-mails can reach you and to keep them throughout the duration of our transaction. E-mails may end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly that they are not stored there and put the  addresses  info@aslanidisbuild.gr and eshop@aslanidisbuild.gr in your safelist. It is your obligation, in the event that you do not receive the relevant emails, in accordance with the general conditions governing our transactions, to inform us without delay. The company bears no responsibility in the event that you have entered your contact information incorrectly, as a result of which it is not possible for us to communicate with you.

7. Products Availability

All product orders are subject to availability. In light of this, in the event of supply difficulties or out-of-stock products, we reserve the right to inform you of similar products of equal or greater quality and value, which you may order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund any amount you may have paid in full. In the event that it is not possible to contact you within 7 days of your order, then your request is canceled and you will have to send us a new order if you wish.

8. Order Rejection

ASLANIDIS reserves the right to reject or suspend the entire order or its delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any amount owed by the buyer, in the event of fraud during payment or in case of fraud or attempted fraud while using our website.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or edit any material or content on this website. Although we make every effort to process all orders placed with us, there may be exceptional circumstances where we may need to decline to process an order after we have already sent you the Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time at our sole discretion.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, or for the removal or editing of any material or content on the website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Confirmation. Order. The company is not liable to customers / users for damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order (except for the cases of term 16 "Returns Policy").

9. Delivery

9.1 Pickup from a physical store

In the event that when submitting the order, pick up from the physical ASLANIDIS store is selected, this can be done the morning of the next day if the order was placed until 4:00 p.m., otherwise from 12:00 the following day. Orders must be received within four calendar days of completion, otherwise the company reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

9.2 Delivery to the place specified by the customer

In the event that the product is sent to the place chosen by the customer, the product is handled either with the company's own means or delivered to an external partner. Shipping costs are calculated according to the volume of the order and the delivery area and are indicated before the order is completed. Any incorrect entry by the customer and therefore incorrect calculation of shipping costs is not borne by the company, but by the customer.

The delivery time of orders and services is specified in the order. Delivery days are Monday to Friday from 7:30am. until 3:00 p.m.

Note: Goods are always unloaded on the pavement. Floor or basement deliveries are not made. At the unloading point there must be cement or asphalt and the road must be at least 3.5 meters wide.

The carrier has the right to refuse to deliver in cases such as:

• Dirt road
• Large slope on the road
• Wet places with mud, etc.

In this case, a different delivery point should be specified.

Subject to the provisions of clause 7 above regarding product availability and subject to exceptional circumstances, we will use our best endeavors to complete your order for the product(s) listed on the Dispatch Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time period shown when you select a payment method, and in any event no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

However, delays may occur in cases such as adapting the products to the customer's requirements, depending on the delivery area or due to force majeure, i.e. events that are not within the will and control of ASLANIDS and cannot be foreseen, such as defined by Greek legislation. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will notify you and offer you the option of either continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date from us, or canceling the order with a full refund.

For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has obtained physical possession or control of the products, the which will be evidenced by the signature of the proof of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

10. Failure to Deliver

If it becomes impossible for us to deliver your order to you, we will try to find a safe place to leave your package. We will also leave a note explaining where your order is and what you will need to do to receive it. If you are not at the delivery point at the agreed time, please contact us again to re-arrange delivery on another day. If, after 15 days have passed since your order is available for delivery and you have received knowledge thereof, and the  order has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Agreement and the Agreement shall automatically be deemed terminated, without any further notice/notice from us to you.

As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund to you any payment we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional delivery costs incurred in the event that you have chosen a delivery method other than the basic and least expensive method offered by us ) as soon as possible and in any case within 15 days from the date on which the Contract has expired. Please note, however, that the transport costs incurred due to the termination of the Contract may have higher costs, which we are entitled to charge you.

11. Transfer of Risk and Ownership of Products

The information provided by this website is provided as is and without guarantees of any kind, express or implied, particularly regarding their accuracy, completeness or timeliness, non-infringement, availability, reliability of the information they provide, the products, accessories or services displayed on the ASLANIDIS Website or the suitability of the applications that the buyer assumes.

Liability for the products passes to you once you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products or, in the case of an order with multiple products, acquired physical possession or control of each product. Ownership of the products passes to you either on our receipt in full of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or on delivery (as set out in condition 9 above) if this takes place later from collection. ASLANIDIS cannot be held responsible for the products that will be sold through its website, especially in the event that there is no compliance with the instructions for their use by the buyer. ASLANIDIS liability shall not apply to claims made by the buyer or a third party inconsistent with the terms of compliance.

To receive the order, the customer will show our company's carrier the order confirmation (order code) and shipment notification, as well as an official identification document (such as a national ID card or passport). If the customer wishes to authorize a third party to receive his order, then the third party authorized person should show a special authorization to receive the specific order legally recognized by KEP or the police or other Authority as well as an official document necessary for identity verification (police ID, passport, etc.), which he hands over to the carrier for the purpose of later verification of the recipient's details by us. Since after receiving the products, the risk passes to the customer, the latter or the authorized third party must check the products he receives upon receipt, as by his signature upon receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order.

When receiving the order from an external partner of our company (e.g. an employee of a cooperating courier/transport company, etc.), the customer or the authorized third party must thoroughly check the products he receives, and especially their outer packaging, if he does not find opened/torn packaging of these products, he must inform the carrier about the non-receipt of the products, otherwise, with his signature upon receipt, he confirms that he correctly received the products of his order.

12. Price

The listed prices of the products on our website include VAT. and any other taxes and are those in force at the time of placing the order by the buyer. These prices do not include shipping costs, which are billed in addition to the price of the products purchased. The prices refer to products that are available in our store and the various offers are valid while stocks last or until they are canceled.

The price of each product will be that set out at all times on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate. Offers, such as discounts, are clearly identifiable as we provide you with easy access to the conditions under which you can take advantage of the offers. The buyer will be informed by personal message of any changes before ordering.

However, the possibility of typographical or technical errors cannot be ruled out when updating / listing the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of purchases, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding to order it, please contact the Customer Service Department at 2343023435 or via the email form of the website. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have already ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it and giving you a full refund of any amount you have paid. . If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as canceled and refund you in full any amount you have paid. Our purpose with the above procedure is to correct the obvious error, which by objective criteria is easy to perceive by the average prudent person, but at the same time to safeguard our interests as well as yours, and in no case do we seek the misleading our buying public. The customer's difficulty in understanding the aforementioned type of error, especially after a written explanation from our store to the latter, is not our responsibility.

We are not obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Dispatch Confirmation) where the error in price is obvious and undisputed and can reasonably be recognized by you as an incorrect price.

The price policy of ASLANIDIS products is not the same in all our distribution channels: store, catalogs, online store. For selected products, we have created the so-called "Web Offer" offers, where their price in the online store differs from the rest of the distribution channels and is only valid for purchases through this online store and shipping either to your place or for collection from the store. "Web Offer" does not apply to any phone orders accepted by our store's call center either, unless otherwise agreed between us and the customer.

Prices may change at any time, however, subject to what is specifically stated immediately above, any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent to you. In the event  of withdrawal or cancellation of an order for any reason, and you subsequently wish to place a new order for the same product as that of your canceled previous order, and in the meantime the price has changed, with your new order you accept the new price of the product and it is concluded new contract between us.

Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, they will be added to your shopping cart and the next step is to proceed with the order and pay. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested at each step. Ordering products automatically entails an obligation to pay the amount of the order on the part of the consumer.

13. Payment

Furthermore, during the purchase process, before payment, you can change the details of your order. Also, if you are a registered user, the file with all your orders is available in the "My Account" field.

All orders, including taxes and mandatory contributions, are payable in EUROS. Any overdue unpaid amount will accrue interest at the statutory default interest, immediately after late payment.

13.1 Payment by credit/debit card

The ASLANIDIS online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro credit/debit cards. All transactions placed via our online store are protected by the highest online security systems, which guarantee a safe trading environment. To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted (SSL encryption protocol). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. Your credit/debit card details are not stored in the company's storage media during the transaction, but are registered directly in a secure environment of the cooperating company that has undertaken the routing of the cards. All transactions you carry out through www.aslanidisbuild.gr are governed by International and European law, which regulates issues related to electronic commerce, as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994), which regulates issues related to with distance sales.

For purchases with your credit/debit card, follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill in the order form, the card number and expiry date as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) printed on the back of your credit/debit card, only if you have been transferred to your bank's transaction environment, which bears sole responsibility for the completion or non-completion of this transaction. Our company will never - outside of a banking transaction - ask you for the number and expiry date or the 3-digit number (CVV) of your credit/debit card.

13.2 Installment purchase

You can buy products in monthly installments through your credit card, making use of up to 12 interest-free installments.

Cards issued abroad do not participate.

Credit cards are subject to validation and approval checks by your card issuer, in which we have no involvement. If your card issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into a Contract with you.

In the event that you do not have a credit card, ASLANIDIS provides the option of paying in installments through the KLARNA service using a debit card for purchase amounts from €35 up to €1000. Payment can be made in three (3) equal installments or at the check-out of our website. The first payment is made upon order confirmation and the remaining 2 payments are automatically received every 30 days. All you need to do is add the details of your debit or credit card or bank order, which you want to use for automatic payments. When it is time to make your payment, you will receive a notification from KLARNA. A prerequisite is the use of the “Klarna” application. The service cost amounts to 2.5% of the order amount.

In addition, ASLANIDIS provides the option of paying in installments through the TBI service using a debit card. For purchase amounts from €20 to €200, payment can be made in four (4) equal installments without a credit card (Buy Now Pay Later BNPL). The service cost amounts to 2% of the order amount. For purchase amounts from €201 to €10,000, payment can be made in three (3) to sixty (60) installments without a credit card (Installment Plan). To use this particular payment method, the interested customer must have previously created an account – registration on the TBI BANK platform. The Final Financing Rate is configured according to the customer's credit profile and starts at 11.60%. The Disbursement Fees for the Installment Plan method with TBI BANK amount to €35 for purchase amounts from €201 to €600 and €70 for purchase amounts from €601 to €10,000.

The TBI BANK method is available in our physical and online store where you can place your order and complete your payment securely. By choosing TBI BANK as a payment method, you are transferred to the secure environment of TBI BANK. You follow a registration process and then you can buy the products of your choice with financing, defining the duration and amount of your installments.

The Necessary supporting documents for the use of this service are the following:

a) Police ID

b) Recent tax clearance certificate

c) Copy of recent payroll for employees and pensioners (if applicable)

13.3 Payment by bank deposit

Pay your order to one of the following bank accounts with which we cooperate and send us the copy of the bank payment order by e-mail to info@aslanidisbuild.gr, stating your order number so that identification can be done easily and quickly. Please keep your proof of transaction. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we process your order.

Attention: Your order will only be processed after deposit confirmation and delivery time is calculated from then on. If we do not receive your payment together with the payment details for the order within 4 working days, your order is automatically canceled and we will send you a cancellation confirmation e-mail. Your order must be paid in full together with any costs arising from bank deductions (in case our bank accounts do not suit you, please contact us).

13.4 Payment by cash on delivery

Payment by cash or debit/credit card is available upon delivery of your order by the carrier/courier. For orders over €500, the use of debit/credit card is mandatory as a means of payment. The service cost with VAT amounts to €2.

14. Purchase as a Guest / Ability to Register

This website also allows purchases through the “buy as a guest” feature. This purchase method requires only the necessary information to process your order. Once the purchase process is complete, you will be given the option to register as a member or continue as a non-registered member.

In order to register in the online store, you must provide, among other things, your e-mail address, which must be true and complete, personal to each user and under their complete control. The user's password is personal for each visitor / user and must not be disclosed to any third party. Each user is solely responsible for all operations carried out using their e-mail address and the password they have chosen and for this reason our company bears no further responsibility in the event of unauthorized and/or unauthorized use by a third party. For this reason, we draw your attention to the non-disclosure of the above information to third parties.

15. Value Added Tax

In accordance with applicable rules and legislation, all purchases made through this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). In this context and in accordance with Chapter I of Title V of Directive 2006/112/EC of the European Council of November 28, 2006, regarding the common value added tax system, as incorporated into the Greek VAT Code, as place of supply will be considered the Member State of the address where the products are to be delivered (ie Greece) and the applicable VAT rate. in Greece it will be applied.

16. Returns Policy

16.1 Cancellation of Order

Without limiting the Withdrawal provisions of clause 16.2, the order may be canceled in the following cases:

• Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can press "back" and remove the product quantities from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button.

Store order return policy

• In the event that your order has been confirmed and invoiced, but you have not yet received the product, you should contact us by phone with the Customer Service Department at 2343023435 and provide the details of your order.
• After receiving the product, likewise call the Customer Service Department on 2343023435 or contact via the website's email form, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will serve you immediately and inform you about all your options. The return period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the products, or in the case of an order with more products after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the last product.

The return of products after the order return request only applies to products that are returned in exactly the same condition as you received them, i.e. as long as the packaging has not been opened and has not been used, with all its components, the forms that accompany it and its packaging in excellent condition. No refund will be given if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition as delivered or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you must take care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions and any other documents that may have accompanied the products. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the original sales document, i.e. you must return them together with the receipt you received upon delivery.

If the product has been sold with a gift, then you must return it to us along with the gift.

Ways to return goods after cancellation:

You can return the products according to the following ways:

• Returns to the physical ASLANIDIS store. In this case, you must go to the store and provide the receipt, which you received upon delivery, with the product, fully completed.
• Returns by courier or transport company. You should contact us via our online contact form or via our email address info@aslanidisbuild.gr, or by phone 2343023435, in order to inform us about the choice of courier or transport company. You must return the product in the same packaging as you received it following the instructions described in the "Returns Policy" section of this website. If you choose this method, you will be responsible for the return costs. Therefore, the return of the item is only accepted if you have first paid any amount incurred by our company for sending the item to you in the first place and the shipping costs for the return of the item afterwards. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

After we have thoroughly examined the returned product and confirmed that you have paid the shipping/return costs - if any - we will let you know if you are eligible for a refund. You are responsible for any impairment of the value of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days either from the day you notified us of the refund, in the above case where you never received the product, or on the other hand, in the above case where you received the product but you have returned it to us, upon our completion of our examination of the returned product and your confirmation of payment of the shipping/return charges, if any. Subject to the above, we may however withhold refunds either until we have received all the products back or until we have received evidence that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will always be made using the same method as the payment made during your purchase. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us as described above. 16.2 Right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013)

If you are dealing as a consumer, you can withdraw from the Contract, under the terms and conditions provided for in the provisions of Law 2251/1994 (as amended by Law Κ.Ι.Α. Z1-891/2013 on consumer protection, excluding cases where it is about any of the products of term 16.4 below, where the right of withdrawal is not provided) within 14 calendar days without reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the products, or in the case of an order with multiple products after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• If the online order has been completed but you have not yet received an Order Confirmation e-mail, you can contact us electronically, either by sending an e-mail to the address: info@aslanidisbuild.gr or by writing in our contact form, expressing your decision withdraw from this Agreement. Otherwise, you can call 2343023435 and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.
• In the event that your order has been confirmed and invoiced, you should contact us by phone with the Customer Service Department at 2343023435 and provide the details of your order. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.
• You can also use the withdrawal form shown in the Appendix attached below, and send it by post to the address mentioned in condition 2, this is not mandatory.

To withdraw in time, it is sufficient to send your clear statement presenting your decision regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

16.3 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Contract, we will refund to you without delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of the withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional delivery costs to the original place of delivery that arise in the event that you have chosen a different delivery method than the basic and less expensive method that we offer you). The refund will be made using the same payment method (credit/debit card, bank deposit) that you used for the original transaction.

In any case, you will not be charged for this return. Subject to the above, we may however withhold the return either until we have received all the products back or until we have received evidence that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first. You can return and deliver the products hand in hand to our physical ASLANIDIS store in Polykastro, N. Kilkis, without culpable delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this Agreement.

It is considered that you have done this on time if you have sent the products before the 14 day period has passed. You will bear the direct costs of returning the products, except in the case that you hand deliver them to our physical store in Polykastro, N. Kilkis or deliver them to a courier or transport company that we will arrange. You are responsible for any impairment of the value of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.

16.4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

You are not entitled to withdrawal in the cases of Article 3l, 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994 of Law 2251/94 and in any other case provided for by law or this law. In particular, you cannot withdraw from the Agreement in the following cases:

• The price of the products has been paid at the physical ASLANIDIS store and furthermore, the products have been received from the physical ASLANIDIS store, as the sale is not considered to have been made remotely.
• Products manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Products whose original packaging has been removed.
• Products that have been used or tampered with.
• Sealed products, which are not suitable for return for health reasons, and which have been opened after delivery.
• Service contracts after the full provision of the service if performance has begun with the prior express consent of the Customer, and with his acknowledgment that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the company.
• Products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.
• Contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier in order to carry out urgent repairs or to carry out maintenance work. If, in the case of such a visit, the supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods beyond the spare parts that were compulsorily used during the performance of maintenance work or during repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to said additional services or goods.

You also do not have the right to withdraw when, as a consumer, you recognize that you lose the right to withdraw.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract only applies to products that are returned in exactly the same condition that you received them.

No refund will be given if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition as delivered or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you must take due care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products (see clause 16.5) using or including their original packaging, instructions and any other documents that may have accompanied the products. In any case, you must return the products together with the receipt you received upon delivery. When you receive the order, you will find a summary of how you can exercise the right of withdrawal.

16.5 After withdrawal, ways to return goods:

• Returns to the physical ASLANIDS store. You can return any product to our physical store in Greece, which has a corresponding department that belongs to the product you wish to return. In this case, you must go to the store and provide the receipt, which you received upon delivery, with the product, fully completed.
• Returns by courier or transport company. If you choose to return a product via courier or transport company, you will need to contact us via our online contact form or telephone 2343023435 to arrange for the product to be collected from your premises. You must return the product in the same packaging as you received it following the instructions described in the "Returns Policy" section of this website.

None of the above options incur additional costs for you. If you choose not to use any of the free return methods available, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please note that if you wish to return the goods to us by any other means, we reserve the right to charge you for the direct costs we may incur in receiving the goods in this way.

After we have thoroughly examined the returned product, we will let you know if you are eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded if you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (see clause 16.2) within the statutory period and provided that all goods comprising the parcel are also returned. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. Subject to the above, we may however withhold refunds either until we have received all the products back or until we have received evidence that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

The refund will always be made using the same method of payment used during your purchase. You are responsible for the costs and risks returning the products to us, as described above. 16.6 Supplier liability and warranty

The producer of each product you purchase is responsible for any damage due to a defect in its product and therefore our company bears no responsibility for this. Any agreement limiting or exempting the producer from his liability is void. Claims against the producer for damages are time-barred after three years after the injured party was informed or should have been informed of the damage, the defect and the identity of the producer. After ten years from the launch of the specific product, the rights of the injured party against the producer are extinguished. If in doubt as to the identity of the producer of a product you have purchased from us, please let us know.

Each consumer durable is accompanied by the written warranty of the manufacturer of the product or the company that imported the product into the EU or the company that affixes its marks to the product appearing as the manufacturer (otherwise "the Supplier"). Please pay particular attention to the terms of the warranty provided by the Supplier as well as to the other accompanying documents and information which are included in the products under the Supplier's responsibility and in particular those concerning information on the safe use and maintenance of the products. We especially emphasize the following:

The supplier must provide the consumer in writing, in the Greek language or with internationally established symbols, clear and complete instructions for the safe use, preservation, maintenance and full utilization of the product and information on the risks during its use and maintenance.

The guarantee must include, in simple, legible and understandable wording in the Greek language, at least the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the guarantee refers, its exact content, its duration and the extent of its territorial validity. The warranty must conform to the rules of good faith and not be negated by excessive exclusion clauses.

The duration of the warranty must be reasonable in relation to the likely life of the product. Potential life of the product is the reasonably expected time during which the product will be able to be used in accordance with its intended purpose, even after repair or replacement of parts, until wear and tear from regular use renders the product unusable or its further use economically unprofitable. In particular, for state-of-the-art products, the duration of the warranty must be reasonable in relation to the time during which these products are expected to remain technologically up-to-date, if this time is shorter than their likely lifetime.

If, during the validity of the guarantee, a defect appears in the product and the supplier refuses or delays the repair beyond the necessary time, the consumer has the right to request the replacement of the product with a new one of the same characteristics and quality or, if it is not repaired, to request a withdrawal from the contract. If the required repair time exceeds fifteen (15) working days, the consumer is entitled to request the temporary replacement of the product for the duration of the repair.

The Supplier's breach of its obligations does not affect the validity of the guarantee, which the consumer can invoke and demand from the Supplier to comply with. In the event of replacement of the product or its spare part, the warranty is automatically renewed for its entire duration in relation to the new product or spare part.

In addition to the warranty, the Supplier of new consumer durables must ensure to consumers the continuous provision of technical services for their maintenance and repair for a period of time equal to their possible life span. Also, the Supplier must ensure to consumers the possibility of supplying the spare parts and any other products, required for their use according to their destination, for the entire possible duration of their life.

In application of the above provisions, ASLANIDIS, only as long as it is the Supplier of a product, as defined above, will provide you with all possible assistance to fulfill the terms of the Supplier's guarantee, without any charge to you. This is regardless of the out-of-warranty maintenance services, which we can provide you with the applicable charge on a case-by-case basis.

These obligations are in any case time-barred within two years.

16.7 Returns of defective products

In the event that the product presents a defect within 14 days of its receipt, or you consider that the product you ordered does not comply, at the time of its delivery, with the terms of the Contract, as long as you notify us immediately and in writing, you can request (a) its repair without financial burden or the replacement of the product with another product of the same value or in case of unavailability with another new product of the same quality and price and not a refund, (b) otherwise the withdrawal from the Contract and return the product, requesting a refund, in accordance with what is indicated above for the right of withdrawal. The above obligations do not exist in case the defect has been caused by you, or by force majeure in a narrow or broad sense.

You should contact us immediately via our online contact form or via our email address info@aslanidisbuild.gr, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by calling us on 2343023435 and we will give you instructions on further actions.

In any case, the applicable provisions of the Civil Code and the more specific provisions on consumer protection also apply.

Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions and any other documents that may have accompanied the products. In any case, you must return the products together with the original sales document, i.e. the receipt you received when it was delivered.

You can return the product to the ASLANIDIS store at the 1st KLM Polykastro Kilkis in Greece or hand it over to the courier or transport company that we will send to your place and you will not be charged for the transport provided that the product is returned within of the above deadline of 14 days from its receipt by you. However, if the return is made within 15-30 days of receipt, then the shipping costs are borne by you. We will carefully examine the returned product and inform you by e-mail within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a refund or replacement (if applicable).

The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we confirm to you by e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product. In the case of defective products, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and any other reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the product. Your refund will be made using the same method as the payment at the time of purchase. Your legal rights under applicable law are not affected.

If the product has been sold with a gift, then you must return it to us along with the gift.

16.8 Right to cancel and return products ordered from abroad

If you have ordered products through this website from another member country of the European Union other than Greece, or a third country, the above regarding returns apply with the limitation that returns can be made via a courier or transport company designated by us only to the original address within Greece where the product was delivered. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we are not obliged in any way (except in the case of defective products, where this condition does not apply) to pay the shipping costs when the place of return is different from the original delivery address, as well as the return costs when the place of return is outside Greece.

16.9 Final Provisions

17. Liability and Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, our liability in relation to any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the amount of the purchase price of such product. Without prejudice to the above, our liability is neither excluded nor limited in the following cases:

• In the event of death or personal injury due to our negligence
• In case of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• In any case where it would be illegal or wrongful for us to exclude or limit, or to attempt to exclude or limit, our liability

Sufficient proof of delivery of any notice shall, in the case of a letter, be that such letter is properly addressed, postage paid and delivered to the post office, in the case of e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to specified email address of the recipient and in the case of sms or instant message via online application that the text message in question was sent to the contact number you provided to us when placing your order.

ASLANIDIS periodically sends informative e-mails (Newsletter) within the framework of the services it provides, giving the user/customer the possibility, if he wishes, to receive such. The company makes every effort to deliver them to their destination, however, it is not responsible if the Newsletters are not delivered. In the event that you wish to no longer receive informative Newsletters or wish to completely delete yourself from the ASLANIDIS newsletter system, you can go to the "My account/Newsletter/Receive Newsletter" field.

25. Transfer of Rights and Obligations

The Agreement between you and us is binding on both of us and our respective licensees and assigns. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations under it, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, charge, subcontract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.

For the avoidance of doubt, any such transfer, assignment, charge or other disposition shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or void, reduce or otherwise limit any express or implied warranty we may have given you.

26. Force Majeure Events

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations under a Contract caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). An event of Force Majeure is considered any act, event, failure to perform, omission or accident that is not subject to our reasonable control and specifically includes (but not limited to) the following:

• Strikes, strikes or other union actions.
• Social unrest, rebellion, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether or not declared) or threat or preparation for war.
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
• Inability to use railways, ships, planes, motor vehicles or other public or private means of transport.
• Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
• Acts, ordinances, laws, regulations or governmental restrictions.
• Any strike, breakdown or accident of the ferry and postal services or other means of transport.

The performance of our obligations under any Contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event and the time for the performance of our obligations shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable efforts to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution to enable us to fulfill our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.

27. Waiver of Rights

If at any time during the term of a Contract we fail to seek strict performance by you of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, and/or if we fail to exercise any of your rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the contract or these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver by us of or a limitation of our said rights and remedies and does not relieve you of the obligation to comply with your said obligations.

Our waiver of any individual claim does not constitute a waiver of any similar claim in the future. No waiver by us of any of these Terms or of our rights and remedies under the Contract shall be valid unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and notified to you in writing, as set forth in the above term which refers to Notifications.

28. Partial Invalidity Clause

If any competent authority determines that any of these Terms or provisions of the Agreement are invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent, such terms or provisions will be severed to that extent from the remaining terms and provisions, which will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the subject matter of each Agreement and supersede any prior written or oral agreement, understanding or arrangement between us. Both you and we acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any statement, undertaking or promise made by the other party or implied orally or in writing during our negotiations prior to such Contract, except unless otherwise expressly set forth in these Terms.

Neither party may exercise a remedy in respect of any misrepresentation made by the other party, whether oral or in writing, prior to the date of each Agreement (unless the misrepresentation was made with intent) and the exercise of remedies by the other party will only be permitted for any breach of the Agreement as provided in these Terms.

The present General Terms are considered by all parties to be essential, and they accept their faithful observance and waive their right to dispute any of them.

30. Law and Jurisdiction

The above terms and conditions as well as any modification, change or alteration thereof, the use of our website and the Contracts for the purchase of products through it are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website or the said Agreements, is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts, specifically the Courts of the prefecture of Kilkis. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. If you are contracting as a consumer, this clause in no way affects your statutory rights.

31. Comments and Suggestions

ASLANIDIS has established written communication channels with its customers, as receiving comments and suggestions helps to improve the services provided. Please send us your comments and suggestions through our online contact form. If as a consumer you believe that your rights have been violated, you can direct your complaints to us by sending an e-mail to the address: info@aslanidisbuild.gr with the aim of an out-of-court settlement. Complaint letters are carefully examined by the relevant ASLANIDIS department.
