Collector

• Airflow, the unique airflow system prevents humidity accumulation inside the panel
• Installation Bases, special hot galvanized installation base for flat or inclined surfaces, guarantee easy and secure installation
• Durability, protective glass board of exceptional endurance up to 100+kg
• Profile, double aluminum profile providing greater mechanical strength and stability to the collector, preventing distortion (<5%)
• Thermal Insullation, zero heat loss with special angles on the collectors, ensuring perfect thermal insulation and top resistance
• Hydroskeleton, made of heavy-duty copper tubes, provides maximum absorption of solar energy and guaranteed high performance
• Strong Insulation, by low-conductivity mineral wool 40mm thickness, minimizing thermal losses of the collector
• Back Frame of a Sheet of Aluminum, and galvanized tin 0.5mm thickness, providing full sealing
• Protective Safety Glass, 3.2mm thick, guarantees high solar transmittance t=92% and durability to any weather conditions
• Special Sealing Tape, instead of silicone for proper application of the glass panel to the aluminum profile
• Outer Aluminum Frame, with double wall creating a gap in between, enhancing thermal insulation and mechanical resistance of the collector
• Thermal Fluid, (propylene glycol) protects against frost, calk and oxidations, ensuring the top performance of the solar systems in any weather change

Tank

• Water Tank, made of steel sheet 2.5mm with a horizontal seam, with resistance tested at 15bar pressure. Internally through double vitrification and treatment at 860°C, great anti-corrosion behavior, strong mechanical resistance and unlimited lifetime are being achieved
• Insulation, with molded ecological polyurethane density of 50kg/m2 and 65mm thickness, ensuring the maintenance of temperature for a long time especially in winter
• Commutator (Double Cloak), made of 1.5mm steel foil creating a double wall for circulation of the thermal fluid, thus achieving better heat transmission
• Outer Jacket of Stainless Steel 18/10 AISI 304, 0.5mm thick for higher resistance through time and in adverse weather conditions
• Internal Expansion Vessel, to avoid detonation of the thermal fluid in case of overheating. The majority of tanks on the market are external, resulting in loss of thermal fluid, additional cost of filling and reduction of efficiency
• Electric Resistance, 3500W with bipolar safety thermostat
• Replaceable Magnesium Rod, for protection against electrolysis
• Closed Circuit Filling Nozzle, with a safety valve at 2 atm
• Water Safety Valve, at 10 atmospheres
