Description

FLEX-PRIMER is a polymer emulsion with high penetrating ability used to consolidate porous substrates, ensuring proper adhesion of waterbased paints, tile adhesives, flexible mortars, liquid-applied elastomeric membranes, acrylic renders, etc. By penetrating deep into the substrate pores, it acts as a bonding layer between the substrate and the paint, adhesive, mortar, coating, etc. to be applied. Ηas achieved the Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort GOLD certification, which sets the stringent criteria for very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and contributes to good indoor air quality, ensuring a safe and healthy living environment. Classified A+ (the highest rating), according to the French VOC regulation, for evaluation of VOC emissions.

Ideal for use in combination with the premium elastic waterproofing paint ISOMAT FLEXCOAT, forming an ideal waterproofing system for walls. Used as a ready-to-use primer to ensure the adhesion of water-based paints and acrylic renders to porous substrates made of concrete, masonry, render, gypsum boards, chipboards, etc. It can consolidate weak or crumbling renders. Also used to stabilize and reduce the water absorption of surfaces like gypsum boards or chipboards to be covered with tile adhesives, the twocomponent, highly flexible, waterproofing cementbased slurry AQUAMAT-ELASTIC, or the elastomeric liquid membrane for waterproofing under tiles ISOMAT SL-17. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
