The STIHL MH 445 R tiller is ideal for small gardens and for use by private users and home gardeners, as well as for light agricultural work. It features a reverse gear that helps save effort, making digging in the garden easier—especially during extended periods of work.

Powered by a strong OHV petrol engine, the STIHL MH 445 R allows you to quickly cultivate planting areas. The engine also makes it much easier to change direction or maneuver the machine. If needed, the working width can be quickly and easily reduced from 45 cm to 25 cm. Its compact design and well-balanced center of gravity are particularly valuable for this task, while also allowing for easy handling even in tight spaces.

The practical swivel brake spur ensures precise alignment in narrow passages and corners. Another advantage of this powerful tiller is its high level of operating comfort. The central height adjustment system makes it easy to adjust the handlebar height, while the STIHL anti-vibration system minimizes vibrations at the handlebar for more comfortable use.

ADJUSTABLE HANDLE

The handles can be adjusted without tools, both in height and sideways. For transport and storage, the handle can be easily folded down.

2 TRANSPORT WHEELS

The larger VIKING tillers feature a dedicated pair of transport wheels at the rear, which can be lifted during operation.

BRAKE SPUR

The brake spur can be used to adjust the blade penetration depth. The 180° swivel brake spur makes working in narrow passages and tight turns easier. It is also easily accessible and offers three height adjustment levels.

POWERFUL OHV ENGINE

EFFICIENCY AND DURABILITY. Thanks to modern technology, the powerful OHV engine is highly efficient. The valve timing ensures that the fuel-air mixture burns cleanly and effectively. This type of engine provides excellent pulling power and a long service life.

EASY THROTTLE CONTROL

STIHL tillers are operated using both handles. The throttle control is positioned within easy reach, allowing you to conveniently adjust the engine speed using your thumb on the handlebar for precise performance control.

STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

FOR MORE COMFORTABLE OPERATION. During operation, vibrations are generated and are most noticeable at the handle area. The damping and suspension elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle and your body. The result: smoother handling and significantly reduced fatigue during work.
