The gasoline-powered STIHL BG 66-D blower offers solid performance with relatively low noise emissions and reduced exhaust emissions, thanks to its catalytic converter. With an integrated muffler for both the fan and the engine, the STIHL BG 66-D ensures a low noise level (maximum sound pressure level of 86 dB(A)).

The power of the STIHL BG 66-D blower is generated by a STIHL 2-MIX engine. The STIHL BG 66 blower is agile and easy to handle. Its round nozzle can be used for efficient and fast collection of leaves and grass clippings. The controls and operating switch of the BG 66-D gasoline blower are positioned so they can be reached with one hand, allowing you to keep your hand on the handle during operation. To make starting easier, the BG 66-D blower can be equipped with the STIHL ElastoStart system.

MANUAL FUEL PUMP

ENSURES FEWER STARTING PULLS. The manual fuel pump reduces the number of starting pulls and thus speeds up the starting process. This is especially useful after extended breaks. To use it, operate the pump several times before starting. This ensures that there is enough fuel in the carburetor during startup.

MUFFLER

REDUCES NOISE EMISSIONS. The muffler significantly reduces the noise perceived by the human ear without affecting the high performance of your blower. Despite the muffler, appropriate hearing protection must still be worn during operation.

STIHL 2-MIX ENGINE

HIGHLY EFFICIENT AND POWERFUL. The STIHL 2-Mix engine reduces exhaust emissions, fuel consumption, and therefore operating costs. This two-stroke engine is designed for minimal maintenance and uses fuel efficiently even at high performance. Use a mixture of gasoline and engine oil as fuel. The STIHL 2-Mix engine meets the strict requirements of the European Stage V emissions directive.
