The powerful STIHL BR 600 gasoline-powered backpack blower helps professionals in garden and landscape maintenance, as well as municipal workers, to efficiently collect and remove leaves, hedge clippings, and debris from large areas. This backpack blower is equipped with the economical STIHL 4-MIX® engine.

The multi-function handle, located directly on the blower tube, allows you to control all engine functions of the STIHL BR 600 easily and safely. When working over large areas, you can use the locking throttle trigger with stop switch to set the blower’s power to your desired level freely, without predefined positions. The backpack blower stops with a simple press of the stop switch and is automatically ready for immediate restart.

For work on large surfaces, you can replace the round nozzle supplied with the machine with the curved flat nozzle, available as an optional accessory. If you plan to use a curved nozzle for extended periods, we recommend adding the optional STIHL bike handle to your machine, so that recoil forces are distributed more evenly between both hands.

The STIHL BR 600 backpack blower is comfortable to carry on your back, even for long periods, thanks to the carrying system with wide shoulder straps and a breathable back pad. The hip belt provides additional support during work. For even greater carrying comfort, you can add the optional STIHL ADVANCE chest strap, which secures the shoulder straps.

During operation, the STIHL anti-vibration system absorbs engine vibrations to protect your muscles and joints.

COMFORTABLE OPERATION. Thanks to the one-hand multi-function handle, you can control your machine easily and reliably with one hand. As all relevant controls are integrated into it, the handle is suitable for both right- and left-handed users.

STIHL 4-MIX ENGINE

HIGH POWER WITH LOW MAINTENANCE. The STIHL 4-Mix® engine is a four-stroke engine that does not require separate oil-circulation components thanks to the gasoline/oil mixture fueling. This makes it more compact, lighter, and requires less maintenance than conventional four-stroke models, while still delivering high performance and a pleasant sound. The STIHL 4-Mix® engine meets the European Stage V emissions directive.

STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

FOR MORE COMFORTABLE WORK. When your machine delivers power, vibrations are generated, particularly noticeable at the handle. The damping and suspension components of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to your hands and body. The result: your machine feels smoother in your hands, allowing you to work with significantly less fatigue.
