The STIHL MSA 300 C-O cordless chainsaw allows forestry professionals, municipal services, gardening and landscaping workers, farmers, and tree care specialists to carry out a wide range of tasks with exceptional efficiency: such as cutting and maintenance work, young tree care, clearing operations, as well as harvesting small timber and pruning activities. To ensure maximum efficiency, three operating modes are available—Eco, cutting, and pruning—allowing the MSA 300 C-O to be configured for each specific application. In addition to its excellent power-to-weight ratio, its simple operation and advanced ergonomics also contribute to a high level of working comfort.

Thanks to the powerful STIHL AP 500 S battery, specially developed for this chainsaw, the full electrical output of 3.5 kW is converted into a chain speed of up to 30 m/s. Combined with the STIHL .325" RS Pro chain and the STIHL Light 04 guide bar, this ensures high cutting performance with reduced weight. When using the STIHL MSA 300 C-O, professionals are also impressed by its robust, weather-resistant construction. The anti-vibration system reduces vibrations, relieving strain on muscles and joints. The oil sensor continuously monitors the chain lubrication level, helping to minimize interruptions during work.

To protect the power electronics and motor, the MSA 300 C-O is equipped with an easily accessible and easy-to-clean cooling air filter, which removes dust and sawdust from the cooling airflow. The MSA 300 C-O is the first STIHL chainsaw to feature a basic function and notification display, providing all essential data and information about the tool.

All STIHL AP system cordless machines are designed for regular professional use, even in adverse weather conditions. For this reason, they are certified as splash-resistant. Their effectiveness is also verified through demanding internal testing. The splash resistance test complies, among other standards, with IPX4. For the STIHL MSA 300 C-O, the splash protection confirmed in internal tests has also been certified according to IPX4 protection class.

Note: STIHL recommends STIHL SynthPlus, STIHL BioPlus, and STIHL ForestPlus chain oils. Operation is also possible with other light chain oils based on vegetable or mineral oils.

Note: All functions of this chainsaw can only be used with the STIHL AP 500 S battery. If other STIHL batteries are used, not all functions may be available and maximum performance may not be guaranteed.
