Description

ISOMAT AK-RAPID is a high-performance, fast-setting, polymer-modified, cement-based tile adhesive with no vertical slip. It provides high initial and final adhesion strength and moisture resistance. 

Application

ISOMAT AK-RAPID is suitable for fixing absorbent or non-absorbent wall and floor tiles to a variety of surfaces, e.g. concrete, brickwork, plaster, etc. It is ideal in case where fast return-to-service is required, e.g. work spaces etc.For interior and exterior use.

Certifications

Certified according to EN 12004 and classified as type C2 FT adhesive. CE marked

Adhesive strength after:

• 3 hours: ≥ 0.15 N/mm2
• 6 hours: ≥ 0.50 N/mm2
• 28 days: ≥ 1.40 N/mm2
• heating in +70ºC: ≥ 1.00 N/mm2
• immersion in water: ≥ 1.00 N/mm2
• 25 freeze-thaw cycles: ≥ 1.00 N/mm2

Service temperature: from -30ºC to +90ºC.
